Secret Headquarters
Starting in November you can come help with a variety of tasks at the home of the Secret Lantern Society. Secret days and nights, volunteer opportunities by special arrangement. A top secret location...
The password is: transillumination.

Community Centres
Throughout December you can learn how to make lanterns for FREE, work with artists and help with a variety of workshop tasks - no experience necessary! Drop in anytime (as listed) to volunteer at any of the following locations:

Roundhouse Community Centre
Daily Dec 11 - 19
Weekdays 1:00pm - 8:00pm
Weekends 11:00am - 5:00pm

Enjoy solstice by helping with this community celebration! Sign up to serve hot chocolate, lead a procession, set up lantern installations, create the labyrinths or celebrate the longest night by staying late to help clean up.

Volunteers are needed in 5 Vancouver neighbourhoods (East Side, Yaletown, Granville Island, Strathcona, and Chinatown).
